Anne started her career as a chef aged 17 when she was employed to cook for the Duke of Devonshire at Careysville, Fermoy. Since then she has been head chef at Glin Castle, has helped set up and run The Blind Piper in Caherdaniel and the Dovecot Restaurant in Adare, has run her own Deli/Bistro in Adare and has catered for weddings, private dinner parties and all sorts of functions.
An unashamedly food snob Anne selects the best ingredients available and produces classic dishes encompassing most types of cuisine.
